I hope this course will help me become a more thoughtful and effective leader, and better equip me to help my colleagues and department navigate the challenges facing health care while protecting the things that brought many of us to academic medicine in the first place—caring well for our patients, asking important questions, teaching, and helping the next generation thrive.
